You can cancel your booking directly through our website. After logging in, navigate to "Manage My Bookings," select the booking you wish to cancel, and follow the cancellation process.
If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so by logging into your account. A 10% cancellation fee will be retained from any refund amount, as outlined in our cancellation policy. Depending on the timing of your cancellation, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
Refunds are processed within a few business days after cancellation. The 10% cancellation fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund, or only partial refunds may apply. Please refer to the specific service terms for details about cancellation timing and fees.
Yes, you can request a date change by logging into your account and modifying your booking. Some changes may incur a fee depending on availability and the terms of the service. Please contact us for assistance if you're unable to make the change online.
We understand that emergencies happen. While our standard cancellation policy applies, we recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. In some cases, exceptions may be made, but this is not guaranteed.
