Help accessing your bookings
Choose Guest Access if you booked without creating an account. Use Account Login if you have a registered email address and password. Have your booking confirmation available so you can check your details before continuing.
View a guest booking
Enter the phone number used for your booking, including its country code, and the Booking ID from your confirmation. Select View My Bookings to request a verification code. Enter the code sent to the email address associated with the reservation to continue to your bookings.
Sign in to your account
Select Account Login above and enter your registered email address and password. If you cannot remember your password, use the password recovery page. You can also create an account for future visits.
Check your verification email
Check your inbox and spam or junk folder for the verification message. If your booking details are incorrect, select Back on the verification screen to correct them. Keep your password and verification code private.
Get help with access
If you cannot find your Booking ID or access the booking email, contact our team with the information from your confirmation. Visit the Help Center for booking guidance or contact support for assistance.
