Airport Transfers

We closely monitor flight arrival times to ensure timely service. If your flight is delayed, rest assured that our driver will wait for your arrival, and your transfer will proceed without any extra charges.
If your flight is cancelled or you miss it, please inform us as soon as possible. You can provide the details of your next flight's departure and arrival time by calling the number listed on your voucher. Failure to notify us will be considered a "NO-SHOW," and no refund will be issued.
If you realize your luggage is missing, please contact us immediately using the phone number provided on your voucher. Alternatively, you may ask for permission to go outside and inform the driver of your situation, confirming that you have arrived at the airport and still require the transfer. For Private Transfers, the driver will wait up to 1 hour after your flight's scheduled arrival time. If you fail to contact either the driver or us within this time frame, the driver may leave the airport. In such cases, it will be considered a "NO-SHOW," and the transfer fee will be charged to your credit card.
Items such as bicycles, golf bags, paddle surf boards, and other oversized luggage are not considered standard baggage. An additional fee applies, which varies based on your destination. Please inform us of these items at the time of booking to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
Each vehicle has a specified luggage capacity listed, and we recommend checking this before booking to ensure you choose the appropriate vehicle based on the quantity and size of your luggage. For extra-large items, such as oversized suitcases or special equipment, please inform us in advance when making your reservation.
Your voucher will provide all the details you need to find us at the airport. Please make sure to print it out and bring it with you for easy reference upon arrival. After landing, proceed to immigration control for your entry check. Then, collect your luggage and continue to customs for scanning. Once you’ve cleared customs, head to the Arrivals Hall. Look for signs indicating “Exit,” “Ground Transportation,” or “Taxis.” After exiting, look for a sign with your name – the driver will be waiting for you holding the sign.
